Change Com AS is responsible for the processing of personal data carried out in connection with visits to our websites or when ordering, managing our products and services, and contacting us.
Change Com AS collects the following personal information to identify and register customer relationships and contact persons for customer relationships:
First name, last name, postal address, phone number, and email address.
Personal information is stored on:
- servers operated by Pro IPS in collaboration with Change Com AS, located in Norway and/or the EU, unless otherwise stated.
Change Com AS is obliged to delete or rectify inaccurate personal information. Personal information that is incorrect or incomplete may be updated with information from third-party registries, including but not limited to 1881.no, Posten, Bring, Credit Reporting Agency (Experian), Brønnøysund Registers, or other publicly available sources.
Processing of Personal Information
Personal information is collected by Change Com AS to enable us to perform the tasks and services we are required to perform according to law, regulations, and/or agreements. The processing of personal data takes place within the framework of the applicable law and regulations at any given time.
Personal information may be disclosed to third parties with whom Change Com AS collaborates, both within and outside the EEA and EU, in order for us to perform the tasks and services we are required to perform according to law, regulations, and/or agreements, and in line with this privacy policy.
If there is a legal obligation to provide information to public authorities, registered personal data will be handed over in accordance with the authorities’ requirements.
Access and Rectification
You have the right to access the personal information registered about you at any time.
Storage and Deletion
Change Com AS stores customer personal information in accordance with the current legislation. After completion of work/assignment, certain personal information, primarily your contact details, order and invoice history, and copies of correspondence, will remain in our records to the extent necessary to protect legal rights or legislative requirements for documentation.
Data Portability
You have the right to data portability, which means you can take your personal information with you in a machine-readable format.
Confidentiality and Security
All data transfers that occur through our websites are encrypted with a security certificate (https). However, there is no guarantee that someone cannot access such information or that it will not be disclosed, altered, or destroyed due to a breach of a firewall or secure server software.

Data Processors
We have subcontractors who operate our websites and customer systems and have entered into data processing agreements. The customer accepts that Change Com AS reserves the right to make changes to the Privacy Policy continuously.
Change Com AS is obliged to notify the customer of significant changes to the privacy policy. Significant changes include any circumstances that significantly restrict the customer’s rights or that change the parties’ obligations or rights in general. Notification of significant changes will be sent by email to the email address specified as the contact address for the customer relationship.
