On 21. March 2019 Change Com invested in the Danish company Eferio Communications A/S.
Eferio’s business idea is to launch and manage local mobile virtual network enablers (MVNEs) that partner with mobile virtual network operators (MVNOs) in high-growth, Sub-Sahara African telco markets. Kenya will be the launch market and a strategic partnership agreement has been signed with Telekom Kenya.
Change-Com believe the investment in Eferio is an important investment in order to support one of our main strategic investment areas, Mobile Internet in Africa and Asia.
